PAYMENT POLICIES:
* All orders are processed through PayPal.
RETURNS:
All defective merchandise must be reported to us within 10 days
of receipt. We will gladly replace or exchange any item that is
defective up to 30 days. Any item that is returned after 30
days is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No return will be
accepted without an RMA number. Please call our office for
authorization.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
We can use the courier of your choice. We do prefer Canada
Post. Their rates are very reasonable and they are faster
than most courier companies.
* Xpresspost USA - two to six business days throughout
USA (major centers)
* Air Parcel USA - six to ten business days throughout
USA (major centers)
* Ground Parcel USA - up to fourteen days throughout
USA (major centers)
SALES TAX:
* Orders outside of Canada are tax free. Brokerage
charges may apply depending upon the size of the order.
ORDER FILLING:
All orders are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Our
turn around time is generally between 2 - 4 weeks. During peak
times, when volumes are higher, there could be a slight delay.
We do everything possible to avoid such situations.
